7 Ways In 7 Days to Say Thank You, Zibster!
When a mere “Thank You” just isn’t enough (DAY 4)
I recently had a website makeover. I was so pleased with the customer service and overall experience – including the awesomely professional and functional website – I decided to thank them in a unique way. Having to say a mere “Thank You” is not enough. So, I’m singing their praises in 7 Ways for 7 Days – and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe my gratitude for the outstanding customer service and results I received from Holly Harris and the overall experience at Zibster, Business Websites.
Don’t get me wrong. There was a time when I loved my old website. But after a couple of years, it began to look old and outdated. I found a local person to create the site. She was fabulous. But everything was turned over to me after the site was finished. I didn’t know what the heck I was doing. But, in time, I got better and better at learning how to upload, create, and switch content out to have a viable online presence. Okay, let me say it a little differently. I got better and better, but I had things all over the place. Website management and creation is not my area of expertise. And if you know anything about website navigation, you would know my site had become a maze. At that time, my site was hosted by Squarespace, but I always felt like I was my own host. Reaching them was like watching grass grow, at least that’s how I felt. And, when they did respond, it was typically via email. I felt like I was working with a robot. My relationship with Squarespace was void and empty. If you want convenience, access, help when you need it, professional, dynamic, and a functional website – branded to your perfection, you’ll get that with Zibster. You’ll feel their smile and eagerness to serve you when you speak with them on the phone and face to face; even the room smiles at you with its welcoming and delightful décor.
When you’re looking for someone to build and design your website, you need to know how to determine if that person or company is suitable. Rather than just sharing my experience, I thought it would be best to scour the internet for information from experts to find out what they suggest. I found the perfect article: How to Choose the Best Website Builder for You With 9 Simple Questions
